I told you that I loved cook books! This is my latest acquisition. I made the Little Stars with Butter and Parmesan for Sammy yesterday. This is really just pasta with parmesan and butter, but I know there are more exciting pasta dishes to try in this book.

I love Giada. Try her mascarpone farfalle with cremini mushrooms, nutmeg and asparagus, and her chicken marsala with mascarpone. (Those aren't the exact names of the recipes.) Yum!
Kristen, Thanks for stopping by. Now you know that there was a time when I wouldn't have even considered eating mascarpone cheese! Yes, I will try these recipes. I love asparagus!
